Anti-Corruption Policy
1. Purpose
iSealSolution Sdn Bhd is committed to conducting business in an ethical and transparent manner and to fully comply with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission Act 2009 (MACC Act) and all applicable anti-corruption laws. This policy outlines our zero-tolerance approach toward corruption, bribery, and related unethical practices.
2. Scope
This policy applies to all employees, directors, officers, contractors, consultants, agents, and third parties acting on behalf of iSeal Solution Sdn Bhd across all locations in Malaysia and abroad.
3. Policy Statement
iSeal Solution Sdn Bhd strictly prohibits all forms of corruption, bribery, and any other unethical conduct. We are committed to preventing bribery in any form, whether it involves government officials, private entities, or individuals.
We adhere to the MACC Act 2009 and other applicable local and international anti-corruption legislation.
4. Definitions
- Corruption: The abuse of entrusted power for private gain.
- Bribery: Offering, giving, receiving, or soliciting any advantage (including money, gifts, hospitality, favors) to influence the actions of another party.
- Gratification: As defined under Section 3 of the MACC Act, includes money, gift, loan, fee, reward, or other advantages.
- Facilitation Payments: Small unofficial payments to expedite routine government actions, which are strictly prohibited under this policy.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Offering, promising, giving, or authorizing gratification to government officials, private individuals, or business partners to secure an undue advantage.
- Soliciting or accepting gratification in any form in exchange for preferential treatment.
- Use of intermediaries or third parties to engage in corrupt practices.
- Providing or accepting facilitation payments under any circumstances.
6. Gifts, Hospitality, and Entertainment
- Gifts and hospitality may only be offered or accepted if they are lawful, reasonable, proportionate, and made transparently.
- Employees must obtain prior approval from management for gifts or hospitality exceeding RM300 or any amount deemed significant.
- All gifts and hospitality must be recorded in the Gifts Register maintained by the Compliance Department.

8. Reporting and Whistleblowing
- Employees and stakeholders must report suspected corrupt practices or breaches of this policy via the confidential whistleblowing channels.
- iSeal Solution Sdn Bhd ensures protection against retaliation or victimization for genuine reports made in good faith.
- Reports will be promptly investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken.
9. Training and Awareness
- Mandatory anti-corruption and compliance training will be provided for all employees and relevant third parties.
- Refresher training sessions will be conducted annually.
10. Consequences of Breach
- Violations may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contracts.
- Criminal charges may be pursued under the MACC Act and other relevant laws.
- The company will cooperate fully with enforcement agencies during investigations.
11. Monitoring and Review
- The policy will be reviewed annually or as required by changes in laws or company practices.
- Internal audits and risk assessments will be regularly conducted to ensure effectiveness.
