This Code of Conduct outlines the standards and expectations that iSealSolution Sdn Bhd expects all suppliers and partners in our supply chain to adhere to. We are committed to ethical business practices and expect the same from all our business partners.

4. Health and Safety

Suppliers must provide a safe and healthy working environment for their employees, complying with all applicable health and safety regulations.

Suppliers should strive to minimize their environmental impact by managing waste, reducing emissions, conserving resources, and complying with environmental laws.

6. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Suppliers must protect the confidentiality of all proprietary information and personal data they handle and use such information only for authorized purposes.

7. Quality and Continuous Improvement

Suppliers are expected to deliver products and services that meet agreed quality standards and continually seek to improve their processes and performance.

8. Transparency and Accountability

Suppliers should maintain accurate records and provide truthful information upon request. They should also be open to audits and assessments related to compliance with this Code of Conduct.

9. Subcontracting

Suppliers must ensure that any subcontractors they engage comply with the same standards outlined in this Code of Conduct.
